Terms and Conditions
  • All rental charges are due before delivery
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • All items are subject to availability
  • All rates are subject to applicable State and Federal taxes
  • All rates are quoted with no trucking - trucking is extra both ways.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Make sure that only qualified operators operate rental equipment.
  2. Furnish proof of insurance and a copy of drivers license.
  3. Perform daily maintenance on all rental units while they are in your possession.
  4. You will be billed for any hours over the maximum limit.
  5. Return the rental unit in clean condition (a cleanup fee will be applied if this is not done)
  6. Return the rental unit full of fuel (a refueling fee will be applied if this is not done)
  7. Unusual wear or damage is your responsibility - take care of your rental machine!
  8. Any damage is your responsibility - you will be billed for the repair of the machine.
  9. Service on rental units is provided during normal store business hours. Addl. fees apply for emergency after hours service.

Rental Rate Definitions:

Day Rental : 8 Hours Maximum

Week Rental: 40 Hours Maximum

Month Rental: 160 hours Maximum

Weekend Rental: 12 hours Maximum
