Every Degelman product is equipped with original Degelman hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders are designed with the harshest conditions in mind and built with induction hardened shafts, double seals, wear bands and easy open serviceability.

The rigid frame is made out of six inch structural tubing. The drums are manufactured from 36 inch diameter pipe with over-sized shafts and bearings. Extra heavy duty cross joints and high quality cylinders and bearings are just a few of the standard features incorporated into this machine.

At 6 x 6 inches, the oversized HSST tubing offers maximum support throughout the entire length of each roller.

Maintenance Free Roller Bearings

These extreme duty ball bearings are proven through independent testing and years of performance in applications ranging from marine to mining. The sturdy one-piece flange unit and bearing insert is completely assembled, sealed and lubricated. The phosphate coated insert bearing provides excellent corrosion protection. Six lip contact seals mounted in the outer and inner ring of the bearing ensure superior sealing under contaminated conditions and allow higher misalignment capability.

Extreme Flexibility.

The unique "floating hitch" system provides flexibility while in field position. While in float position, the roller is allowed to move freely over rough terrain without being restricted by the hitch.
