4-GROOVE BELT DRIVE SYSTEM

1000 RPM PTO drive through a set of 4-groove belts that drive the fan and rotor. With belts, the 2574 becomes more durable and smoother with less maintenance.

BLOWER/FAN

The fan in the blower has replaceable fins and shafts that can be replaced without removing the blower from the machine. The 2574 has three spout options which do the jobs of cattle feeding and bedding, and also erosion control.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL AXLE

Adding an axle minimizes the tongue weight and makes it more stable, especially when backing on a trailer.  (Highway tire only)

BALE CHAMEER

Complete with the 3-chain slat conveyor that has been an exclusive feature with Haybuster for many years, the 2574 is now available with 1 ¼” drive shafts, bearings and heavy-duty chain. The chamber is taller to accommodate today’s bigger bales. Nine slugbars hold the bale at bay from the rotor and are easily adjustable to get the product size you need.

CENTER HITCH

Versatile hitch that positions machine directly behind tractor for transport and loading on trailer.

3-FOOT, 80-DEGREE CURVED AND ENCLOSED

This spout can be rotated 360 degrees with the in-cab joystick control which can easily allow you to position the desired amount of product anywhere you want. It also has attachments that will allow you to direct your material and blow through a 10” hose.

TWO-STAGE BALE LOADER

Haybuster’s single-cylinder two-stage loader makes it simple to load a bale into the chamber. A second bale can also be carried on the loader to expedite the job.

ROTOR/AUGER/SCREEN

Accessible through a large access door for twine removal and maintenance.  Product flows directly from auger into the blower.  Many different size screens are available to fit the job.  The rotor has 2" drive shafts and still comes with 40 flails for increased performance.

STRAW CANNON

The straw cannon will shoot straw mulch up to 100 feet. It works well for slopes and those hard to reach areas that are not easily accessible.
