The CMF-980 has a 980 Cu. Ft. mixing capacity with the standard extension.

OBSERVATION WINDOWS/ ROAD LIGHTS
The CMF-980 has observation windows on the right and left sides of the machine. Standard safety equipment on each machine includes road lights and SMV decals.

LARGE 24 INCH BY 42 INCH UNLOADING DOOR
Large 24 inch by 42 inch unloading door for fast even unloading and cleaning.

VERSATILE 36 IN. WIDE CROSS AND UNLOADING CONVEYOR
The CMF-980 is equipped with a 36 inch wide hydraulic chain/slat unloading conveyor featuring:

• Cross Conveyor only with right or left hand drives.
• Cross Conveyor with spouts or endgates. Magnets are available for the spouts.
• Cross Conveyor with hydraulic conveyor extension.

Available in right hand, left hand, or both right and left hand unload. The dual discharge unit can only unload from one side at one time. Spouts and optional magnets are also available.

88" HEAVY DUTY TWIN AUGERS W/9 KNIVES PER AUGER
Heavy duty 88 inch twin screw augers, with 14-5/16" self sharpening serrated knives, driven by 2 HD USA gearboxes that are covered by a two year warranty.

DIGI-STAR 4PT SCALE WITH CHOICE OF OPTIONAL DIGI-STAR MONITORS
A CMF-980 equipped with the standard Digi-Star 4pt. scale and EZ 3500 V monitor. All other Digi-Star monitors and scale heads are available. The Digi-Star system is powered by a standard on-board 12 volt battery. Digi-Star feeding programs are also available.

FREE MOTION CLUTCHES ON DRIVE-LINE
Free motion clutches on drive-line protect the heavy duty gearboxes. The optional two speed gearbox is used for loaded startups and heavy rations.

4 POINT SCALE
4 point scale for accurate weighing, with reduced scale bounce during loading and feeding.

HEAVY DUTY OSCILLATING AXLES W/ 20 PLY AG TIRES
Oscillating heavy duty Axles with 4 - 385/65 R22 20 ply tires. Heavy Duty Oscillating axles provide even weight distribution on uneven ground.

HEAVY DUTY FRAME
The CMF-980 is built with a Heavy-Duty 6” x 10” x 3/8” steel tube frame for strength and longevity.

ONBOARD 12 VOLT BATTERY
The Digi-Star system is powered by a standard onboard 12 volt battery.

CV PTO WITH 2-SPEED GEAR BOX
The CMF-980 comes equipped with a Heavy Duty 1-3/4" Constant velocity (1,000 rpm) PTO or an optional 2-Speed Gear box. The two speed gearbox is used for loaded startups and heavy rations.

24 INCH STEEL WALL LINER
24-inch (60.9cm) replaceable steel wall liner on the inside lower portion of the sidewalls.

DOGLEG CONVEYOR
Optional Dogleg Conveyor Available.
