The T8088 Pull Type Ag-Bagger is Ag-Bag’s first side conveyor machine utilizing an anchor position control system. This means no backstop and no cables! Using the industry’s widest 104” Revolutionary Rotor, a powerful sweeping tunnel cleanout and interchangeable 10- or 12-foot tunnel. The T8088 is our largest side conveyor Ag-Bagger maximizing capacity with several key features for faster unloading, more tons per Genuine Ag-Bag and easy operation.

Features
Anchor Position Control
Two anchors and an integrated wheel braking system provide resistance resulting in a dense forage pack within the Ag-Bag. Anchors can be adjusted within the Ag-Bag for maximum compaction. With the anchors, no backstop or cable drums are used. When the Ag-Bag is full, anchors are retracted resulting in quicker Ag-Bag change when combined with the sweeping tunnel cleanout. A new Ag-Bag can be started quickly with the collapsible bag cradle. Genuine Ag-Bags can be placed closer together on your storage pad resulting in more feed stored.
T8088 Bagging Action
While Ag-Bagging, the anchor position is adjustable between 0 and 6 feet into the bag and drags behind the machine against the forage and is retractable at any time. Together, the 104-inch rotor, anchor positioning system, and 10’ or 12’ tunnel with sweeping tunnel cleanout provide operators with the highest capacity and convenience with a side conveyor Ag-Bagger. The T8088 Ag-Bagger is designed for expanding operations that demand more from their forage storage system.
Tension Control Cabinet
The two anchor positions are controlled by hydraulic cylinders, and both are adjusted on the go to provide maximum pack. The anchor cables can be adjusted within the bag by hydraulic controls found at the operator control area near the conveyor. An indicator at the anchor control cabinet gives the operator piece of mind in knowing where the anchors are during the Ag-Bagging operation. A pressure gauge at the control area also indicates how much work the anchors are doing, providing the operator with a quick visual at how well the machine is performing.
Single, Wider Conveyor
A single conveyor is used to feed the T8088 Revolutionary Rotor. The wide design gives more room for unloading forage boxes before moving forward and for more volume of crop increasing throughput. The conveyor floor is made from reinforced stainless providing better wear resistance, long service life, reduced maintenance, and increased reliability in all crop conditions.
1000-RPM Planetary Driveline
A 1000-RPM PTO planetary driveline rated at 220-horsepower drives the T8088 Ag-Bagger. This strong, durable powertrain consistently generates smooth power to handle varying crop load and crop types.
10 or 12-foot Tunnel
T8088 is equipped with interchangeable 12 or 10-foot tunnel and can handle 500-foot bags increasing storage capacity up to 1000 tons per Genuine Ag-Bag. No backstop or cables used. For the first time, an operator can utilize a 12-foot Ag-Bag on a side conveyor Ag-Bagger.
Sweeping Tunnel Cleanout
After the Ag-Bag is full, the operator can utilize the sweeping tunnel cleanout to sweep the remaining crop out into the Genuine Ag-Bag when finished. This feature reduces labor, time and plastic when finishing and starting a new Ag-Bag.
Integrated Hydraulic Lift
Standard on the T8088, the integrated hydraulic lift system saves time and labor when changing between transport mode and Ag-Bagging mode. Also, manual jacks are included for when a tractor is not available to power the unit.
Transportation
The T-Series introduces a better way to transport Ag-Bag’s Pull Type Baggers. The new hitch design changes towing direction placing the tunnel on the side of the road to keep the tunnel out of the on-coming traffic lane. Operators have better visibility while maintaining the 8’ 6”-foot travel width. In addition, the T8088 has a hydraulic and manual jack system as standard equipment to quickly change between transport and Ag-Bagging.
Serviceability
Serviceability and operation controls have been designed to give operators easy-to-use controls, easy access for machine upkeep and a cleaner working station. Plus, an integrated toolbox is included to keep pins and tools in a clean storage space.
