Features
12-foot Wide Feed Table
The hydraulically driven endless wide belt makes unloading a forage box or semi-trailer fast and easy. The 12’-wide design gives operators more flexibility and greater capacity. Plus, the two hydraulic-driven beater bars evenly disperse the forage into the rotor for uniform packing and a smooth bag.
T9096 Bagging Action
With a 9’6” rotor, 2 beater bars and 12-foot table, the T9096 works to ensure a consistent forage flow resulting in a dense Ag-Bag. The anchor control system combined with a sweeping tunnel cleanout allows operators to place their bags closer together on the feed pad and makes switching between bags easier.
Tractor Powered
By utilizing tractor power, the T9096 provides the capacity and efficiency of a Table Ag-Bagger to provide high quality forage with no waste. Equipped with a 1000-RPM Planetary Driveline, the T9096 has powerful components to make Ag-Bagging fast and easy. Driveline and planetary rated up to 350 hp tractor power.
Anchor Positioning & Sweeping Tunnel Cleanout
For dense and smooth Ag-Bags, the T9096 utilizes the proven dual anchor system powered by a hydraulic cylinder to provide maximum resistance while building compaction within the Ag-Bag. A hydraulic sweeping tunnel cleanout makes finishing an Ag-Bag quick and easy.
Hydraulic Bag Pan, Boom and Winch
The hydraulic bag boom and winch takes the heavy lifting of moving and positioning the Ag-Bag for ease of operation. The hydraulic bag pan allows the operator to position and adjust the bag for easy set up and faster bag changes.
10-or 12-foot Interchangeable Tunnels
Based on your needs, the T9096 can be ordered with a 10- or 12-foot tunnel and can be changed as needed. The cradle is used with the hydraulic bag boom to lift the extension into position. The T9096 is designed with greater capacity and operator flexibility to match your forage needs.
Operation End Controls
The feed table, hydraulic jacks, sweeping tunnel cleanout and anchor positioning controls are located together at the Operator Control Panel.
Transportation
The T9096 is designed for narrow transport via a pintle hitch to allow you to move fast from site to site. With integrated hydraulic jacks, hydraulic feed table folding, and rotating wheels, the operator can transition from Ag-Bagging to transport in minutes. An optional tractor 3-pt hitch is available to move the unit around the farm endwise as well.
