AF4 Bale Accumulator

Overview:

• Bales arranged flat with their string side down, 4 bales wide/1 bale long. The grabber then is used to pick up two groups. • Norden Mfg.’s smallest Accumulator model • Handles bales from 32” to 40” in length • 4-bale group is ideal for small farms producing 10,000 bales or less per year • If bales are 36” long, you are able to cross-stack them with the EGF8 Grabber • Bundle dimensions are 72” wide and 64″ to 80″ long when you pick up two drops. • A two-bale length allows for narrower wagons or for longer bales than models with a 3-bale length

STRAIGHT CHUTE
The straight chute allowed each bale to stay flat on its strings, while the baler provides the force needed to push the bales to the top of the chute.

STAINLESS STEEL DECK
The stainless steel deck provides a better surface for the bales to slide in higher dirt and moisture conditions.

GRAVITY-DRIVEN GATES AND FINAL BALE LEVER
The last bale in the grab opens the back gate. As the accumulator unloads itself, springs automatically return all the gates back to their starting position, and the rear gate snaps back shut, ready for the next bale.

AUTOMATIC LIFT GATE
The last bale in the grab opens the back gate. As the accumulator unloads itself, springs and counterweights automatically return all the gates back to their starting position, ready for the next bale.

CORNERING GUIDE BELT
Sharp turns are no problem as the guide belt keeps bales properly aligned and moving up the chute.
