8-Ply Steel-Belted Radial Tires
The 8-ply steel-belted radial all-terrain tires are highly durable, long-lasting, and boast low rolling resistance. This radial upgrade from the standard bias-ply tires on most UTVs is a testament to our commitment to performance and reliability. You can trust these tires to withstand the most demanding off-road conditions, giving you the confidence to push your limits.
2" Receiver Hitch Front & Back
When towing is necessary, worry about one less thing with the standard 2" Receiver Hitch—rated for towing 2,500 lbs. The front and rear are welded into the frame for maximum reliability and strength.
Heavy Duty Disc Brakes
All Intimidator FRXs come with Wilwood's automotive-grade brakes. These oversized systems are designed to make stopping on a dime a breeze.
Half Doors
The Intimidator FRX comes standard with half-doors made from a steel frame wrapped in injection-molded plastic. Unlike most UTVs that come with nets, our doors swing wide open with a gas strut for assistance, providing ample room and ensuring your safety. Nets often do not offer the same level of protectionas doors, making our half-doors a secure choice for your off-road adventures.
LED Lights
The FRX comes standard with LED lights all around. The front has daytime running lights and bright driving lights. In the back, we have bright LED brake lights and LED blinkers, all standard from the factory.
Plush Seating
Comfortable rides are a must-have in any vehicle, and UTVs are no exception. Many UTV competitors use flat bench seats, which are hard and uncomfortable. This feature provides comfort and luxury for any trail ride, regardless of ride time.
Frame & Suspension
These heavy-duty rails, roll cages, cast a-arms, and other features make your UTV extremely durable. They not only put your mind at ease but also prevent costly repairs. These long-lasting parts help keep occupants comfortable at all times and, most importantly, safe in the event of an accident.
MOHUV Certified
Our MOHUV (Multi-Purpose Off-Highway Vehicle) certification includes all aspects of the machine, including the roll cage. This certification adds peace of mind and stability when riding your side by side. The roll cage, made from profile steel tubing, creates a protective frame around the driver and passenger, allowing cab systems to seal more effectively, ensuring your safety in any off-road situation.
Locking Front & Rear Differential
Incorporating an electronic locking front and rear differential with a push-button locking feature dramatically enhances performance. While the locking differentials are not engaged, the vehicle can move in yards without tearing up the grass. Engage the locking rear differential in 2WD or 4WD for use in mud or loose terrain for added traction. Then, for the most demanding situation, you can lock the front and rear differentials to give you the confidence and ability to power through the most challenging terrain.
LED Display
The LED display is standard in all FRX units. It allows users to easily navigate the system to view gear, mph, and rpm while riding. The display also tracks your unit’s hours, miles, and any codes it may have.
